Ralph and Phyllis DeMain Memorial Scholarship
Ralph and Phyllis were both born and raised in Youngstown and graduated from Youngstown State University in 1962. They have always been loyal followers of all things in Youngstown, especially YSU Sports. This scholarship was established by their family to support a student athlete.
