YSU Foundation, the nonprofit fundraising arm of Youngstown State University, announced two staff position changes and welcomed a new team member.

David Baker was the previous annual giving coordinator and will now serve as the prospect researcher. David is a YSU alumnus who has been with the Foundation for six years. In his new role, David utilizes research, analytics, and data analysis to discover donor prospects for the YSU Foundation in conjunction with development officers.

Angela Stana is now the annual giving coordinator. She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective fundraising strategies, such as appeal mailings and online giving. She also maintains the Foundation’s social media channels. Prior to this job, Angela was the Foundation’s database and social media administrator. Angela graduated from YSU and has worked at the Foundation for four years.

Erik Engartner joins the Foundation staff as the gift processing coordinator and human resources assistant. In his position, Erik ensures financial contributions are processed timely, and is responsible for keeping the database current and accurate. He additionally assists the YSU Foundation vice president with human resource tasks. Erik received his undergraduate degree from YSU and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University.
